* Updated XSL and CSS for Hebrew Word tags

* Added hebLit to the tests

* Changes to XSL and CSS

- punctuation and refs will now get their own span elements

- added spaces before w elements instead of after so that punctuation that comes after a words will show up after that word instead of before the next word
