Add HDF-5 I/O (#23)

* Updated JOcTree to remove deprecation warnings in 0.6.

* Added storage of transpose of edge mass matrix integration matrix and other small changes to getdEdgeMassMatrix to speed up formation of dM during sensitivity computations.

* Make getdEdgeMassMatrix work again for complex v.

* Remove createOctree codes that no longer work.

* Added getCellCenterGradientMatrix and getSizeOfNeighbors.

* Added outputOctreeMesh.  Bug fixes.

* Added HDF5 IO

* Fix bug in getNodalAverageMatrix

* Clean up HDF5 I/O

- Make HDF5 I/O available only if the HDF5 package is installed.
- Rename file exportHDF5.jl in HDF5.jl.
- Rename functions exportOcTreeMeshToHDF5, importOcTreeMeshHDF5 in exportHDF5OcTreeMesh,
  importHDF5OcTreeMesh to be consistent with UBC I/O.
- Remove id and idList from exportHDF5OcTreeMesh.
- Add types of input arguments for importHDF5OcTreeMesh.
- Change return type of importHDF5OcTreeMesh to OcTreeMesh if the file contains a single
  mesh or if the file is queried for a single mesh.
- Add tests for new importHDF5OcTreeMesh options.
- Add documentation.

* Update HDF5 I/O for SparseArray3D.SV type SparseVec
