Merge branch 'integrate-gueTask' into 32-replace-orchestrator

* integrate-gueTask:
  Catch errorrs at the top level, exit with 1 on err
  update snapshot since failed tasks stop processing
  Remove the watch restart tests, fix autowatch test
  Fix the _watch run on emit test
  Set the exit code to 1 on error
  Cleanup guefile.js a bit
  Update the snapshot
  Don't re-throw from runTask
  checkpoint - GueTasks integration kinda works
  the runTask base case now chains val correctly
  Adding runTasksParallel
