lizconlan<a href="https://github.com/mysociety/alaveteli/commit/7c7eb19b5">Pin charlock_holmes gem to 0.7.3 Updating to 0.7.4 looks as though it won't be straightforward - running bundle update without any code changes fails with compiler errors - and it may no longer be compatible with Ruby 1.9.3 as, although it is still permitted in the gemspec, the new compiler flags for C++ are not available in 1.9.3. 1.9.3 has been dropped from the testing matrix so it is not being actively supported: https://github.com/brianmario/charlock_holmes/commit/</a><a class="double-link" href="https://github.com/mysociety/alaveteli/commit/6fac2094b">6fac2094b</a>
