deduplicate unpacking code and allow multiple unpackers to act

Some long due changes here. First of all, now that we're working towards
support for multiple OLE-related files, it's necessary that one unpacker
does not break compatibility for another (by skipping said unpacker).
Furthermore this commit deduplicates some code, thus simplifying it.
