Package updates to create RPM  (#168)

* Update spec url and source0 file.

* allow test against branch spec file.

* restore man file input with updated documentation.

* updated files section of rho.spec

* remove roles directory for now.

* update requires in spec file to match rpm package names

* update setup.py and spec file.

* comment out roles files for now.

* update rpm spec file

* try and workaround pexpect error.

* add roles and playbook to rpm.

* more explicit file listing in spec file

* specify rpm installed location of rho_playbook.yml

* add epel-release and python2-future to the package requirements.

* update source to extract from master branch.

* Review comment updates to rho man file.
