UI: fix key shortcuts containing Alt on Mac OS

On Mac OS pressing Alt together with another key produces a different
character than the key without modifiers The key referenced in the key
field of the event object reflects that, e.g. Alt + 3 is seen as Alt +
£. These key combinations (Alt + £) are now replaced with the plain key
version (Alt + 3). This makes it consistent with Linux and Windows and
makes key combinations work involving Alt on Mac OS.
