Commit Message

[#19] Moved all dependency declarations to the corresponding modules.
Renamed the common parent pom to common.parent to be able to add a module called common that references all other modules.
Depending applications may reference this module to automatically download all modules.

Also, the old bintray repo has been removed from the pom.
