Converted the features query to a promise. (#592)

* Converted the features query to a promise.

This allows for asynch layer queries to be added to the map.

* Updated map test to bring up coverage.

1. Added includeFeaturesOnClick = true to ensure
   those parts of the code were called.
2. Check to ensure that the onClick function was getting
   something that looked like a promise when called.
