Various wiki export fixes & updates
- Fixed incorrectly capturing templates that start with the same letters and replacing them with find_template (ex. {{Item should be captured, but not {{Item price)
- Added automatic retries on API errors rather then shutting down the whole wiki exporter
- Added 3.0.0 gems to interwiki linker
- Some 'manual' fixes for tag handling regarding to pages with multiple of the same name
- Added -w-oe (--wiki-only-existing) parameter to allow writing only to existing wiki pages
- Use description tag parser for general currency descriptions and flavour text now
- Support for Piece item class
- Split the "export" into "by_name" and "by_filter" and updated the code
