Fix callback for remote host authentication from hanging indefinitely

Prevent the callback 'git2r_cred_acquire_cb' to call
'git_cred_ssh_key_from_agent' over and over again. Now, the callback
signals an error instead of trying again if the authentication failed
the first time.
