deps: replace json-parse-helpfulerror with parse-json

json-parse-helpfulerror uses jju, which is offensive to lawyerly
corporate types due to WTFPL. The dependency has been replaced with
parse-json, with the MIT license, which is much more palatable to our
profiteering capitalist overlords of "Open Source".
