Simplified inline scope modification.  Inline scope changes may now only be made via the bracket `[]` modifier.  The braces modifier `{}` has been removed.  Inline scope modifiers may now be used within escaped expressions `{{}}` and may also be placed either at the beginning or end of an expression block.  Fixed some bugs relating to the expression escape operator `{{}}` and expanded its capabilities.  Escaped expressions may now be nested indefinitely, and inline scope modifiers may also be used within escaped expression blocks.
