Fix #119 Stop nyc from caching in the CI build

nyc caches by default by creating and populating a
node_modules/.cache/ folder. This causes Travis CI to flag the folder
as having been modified and as a result a new cache ends up being
created every build. Caching has been disabled to prevent this from
happening to save time in the builds. This means that Travis CI will
not have to make and upload a new cache archive every build.
