Update GetRepository

- The functionality for GetRepository was updated
  to properly exclude .git.  As it so happens, the output
  from the git config command returns a newline return, which
  breaks the Suffix call.
- Additional functionality to getRepositoryURL which will
  properly toggle to an empty string if there was something
  other than http or git in the result
