A method has been created to export a table to a csv file.
A method was created to export a cutoutjob directory to a zip file.
A new Serializer was added to convert a Model FilterCondition to the sqlAlchemy format.
The CatalogObjects class has been changed so that you can receive the filters as well by a dict. #571
