docs: redraw existing data model diagrams in new tool

This makes our diagrams more consistent and allows us to update them without any special software.
Order of fields in object model has been made consistent.
Make the data model diagram more compact for better viewing.
Additionally add a new composition link between KeywordField and KeywordCatalog.

Closes #486
