Made some changes to accomodate for the new scrapper_helpers (#9)

* Added three missing filters to documentation, fixed some Sphinx issues

* build docs using readthedocs

* An attempt to fix readthedocs

* Fixed py27 compatibility

* Added 3.2 and 3.3 interpreters

* maybe fixed 3.2 and 3.3

* removed support for python3.2 due to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38957513/hi-i-just-installed-requests-with-pip-but-i-cant-import-it

* removed TOXENV of py32 and py31

* fixed scrapper-helpers requirement problem

* Fixed issue with slow autosuggest method

* Preparations for bumpversion

* Bump version: 0.0.1 → 0.0.2

* Fixed a pagination bug and some docstring formatting issues

* Made some changes to accomodate for the new scrapper_helpers

* Forgot to clean-up tests

* More forgotten stuff. I really shouldn't be pushing so frequently

* The last test was bad, now it's good. Good.
