Docstrings, tests, travis, bumpversion (#4)

* Added some helper functions and fixed a problem with caching not working for functions with parameters other than string

* Modified the decorator so that it can take a key_func and added two example hashing functions for use with it. This change breaks backwards compatibility, because the @caching decorator now requires at least empty parenthesis, so @caching()

* Added default_key_func in order to get rid of an if statement.

* Fixed default_func_key so that it is never longer than the maximal allowed filename length

* Windows support <3

* python27 support </3

* Create README.md

* Docstrings, tests, travis, bumpversion

* Now definitely fixed flake8
