Work around the extra "@phunware" subdirectory in "dist"
This looks like a quirk of the "react-component-gulp-tasks" library, also maintained (to perhaps use the word loosely) by JedWatson, so it's unlikely that submitting a PR to it would get merged anytime soon, and I really don't want to fork it. Hence the slightly dirty workaround.
