Export all types from apollo-fetch. (#13)

* Export all types from apollo-fetch.
* jaydenseric is now a contributor!

Only two types were exported. The new approach is hands-free and guarantees no exports are forgotten.

* Updated the change log.

* Added myself as an apollo-fetch contributor.
