Sqlite crud functionalities (#18)

* Can now delete values in a table. Added getPrimaryKey() which returns a table's primary key. getTableKeys() now returns column data, not just names. Updated tests and snapshots

* Ran prettier on files. Added yarn lint-fix script

* Fixed syntax error that wouldn't allow prettier to run on all files

* Added insert and update functionalities

* SQLite insert can now add null and filled records

* Styling nits

* Updated delete test for multiple records deletion. Updated ProviderInterface for CRUD-like methods

* API changes discussed with John

* Updated implementation and tests for new insert() interface

* Updated flow def for delete(). Now takes Array<number> | Array<string>

* Edited Database.spec.js to skip cancellable query/promise
