Add categories for dealer applications (#2709)

* Rollback the session if a group's new info fails model checks
Fixes https://github.com/magfest/ubersystem/issues/2670 by rolling back the session if check(group) returns a message. Before, we would return a message but the group would still end up being saved with the bad data!

* Add categories for dealer applications
Fixes https://github.com/magfest/ubersystem/issues/2578.

* Clean up dealer categories form
Stops dynamically generating the input field, and fixes a minor bug when creating new dealers as an admin

* Use a clearfix div to make the form display correcty on wider screens

* Change placeholder text for 'other category'
