Changed: Change the fetch module to isomorphic-fetch. Fixes #1

* Change the fetch module.
Now using `isomorphic-fetch` instead of `node-fetch`. This means the module is compatible with browsers.
* Reword the documentation to be more specific.
* Fix spacing issues with Prettier
* Add more documentation about the fetch API
* Make art happy
