refactor: get credentials directly from authservice when creating a new imsheader

Instead of passing the current credentials around, request them directly from AuthService when a new ImsHeader is built. To avoid a circular dependency injection with ImsService, AuthService now needs to do http requests directly to the entry point.
Remove unused AuthServiceMock.
Remove the Info model as it was never really used.
Shortens tests by setting up test credentials in a beforeEach().
