Updating to reflect tweaks in Orcid services

When I have the /read-public as part of the authentication_scope,
Orcid chokes.

The README update reflects the necessary tweaks for the installation
that may or may not fire on installation.

Lastly, tweaking the gem reference for devise-multi_auth as it has
expanded the available Rails versions.
