Commit Message

Add path argument check

- The path argument is now read as part
  of the CLI.  If nothing is passed in, the
  first argument is taken and used as the path.
  In the future this value will default to the
  current directory instead of completely exiting.
- requiredFlags updated to check for the flag/argument.
