* Added code to only add log events if tracer has been initialized to accept that level of logs.

* Added test case to ensure that logLevel is set to info when no value is passed to init().

* Removed .only()

* Altered logging to only log events based on tracer.debug and span.debug.

* Altered logic slightly correctly log events. Updated unit tests accordingly.

* Updated logic to not output span when tracer.debug is false and span.debug is true. Added fix to unit tests to add span.finish() and then look at the stream to view the logs created.

* Added test for switching tracer.debug value after tracer.init has been run once. Test is failing now, though.

* Updated test for switching value of tracer.debug on the fly.
