Commit Message

All generators are now functions.

Moved all generator functions to 'stand-alone' module functions and
removed the ``FauxFactory`` class. All tests have also been updated and
one can now do the following:

```python
from fauxfactory import generate_string
generate_string('alpha', 10)
```

Temporarily broke back-compatibility with version 1.x but will consider
supporting it.
