74_positive_image_vectors (#75)

* ENH: image slice vectors should be positive

Adjusted image axial/sagittal/coronal vectors to be aligned with the
primary quadrant to allow creation of coordinate systems aligned with
the volume but of known orientation.

* DOC: added some info to docstrings

Closes #74
