Unpin sphinx (#106)

* Unpin Sphinx, move installation of sphinx after setup.py install

This avoids the strange failure when doing
pyton setup.py egg_info where somehow a Sphinx
plugin is wrongely initialised which seems to
be realted to the typing module. Strangely enough
this works for Python > 3.5.
