Basic container (#20)

* Added basic_container.

* Added container.cpp to the built files.

* Corrected container draw function, wrote first basic container test.

* Removed most functions from container public interface

Also fixed Travis to exclude Terminal++ files.

* Removed stray set_attribute function from container.

* Initial sketch of container.

* Implemented add/remove/layout further.

* Commented some tests out to verify CI.

* Re-added one test with a mock to test CI.

* Added another test.

* Readded simple version of last test.

* Refactored layout/no-layout logic into a null layout.

* Containers layout on size change.
They also have the preferred size of their layouts.

* Containers can now draw subcomponents.

* Rearranged container tests.

* Started tests for container focus behaviour

* Implemented focus loss from containers.

* Reworked set_focus so that it is no longer dependant on the enabled status

* Implemented component::do_focus_next()

* Refactor and cleanup of focus_next test.

* Implemented container::focus_previous()

* Various refactorings and simplifications

* Added tests for subcomponents gaining and losing focus.

* Removed layout condition on whether there were components in the container.

* Removed now-obsolete basic_container files.
