Update MARC21slim2MODS3-5-avalon.xsl (#2117) - remove unwanted characters from languages

* Update MARC21slim2MODS3-5-avalon.xsl

Changing language code variable so empty or invalid values ('|||','###','N/A') are removed to make variable empty.

* Update MARC21slim2MODS3-5-avalon.xsl

Changing checks for $controlField008-35-37 to see if the value is empty string instead of true/false boolean.

* Update MARC21slim2MODS3-5-avalon.xsl

Taking out replace function since only XSL 1.0 is supported, updated XSL version to 1.0, and changed variable checks to make sure $controlField008-35-37 is both not an empty string and not 'N/A'.

* Update MARC21slim2MODS3-5-avalon.xsl

Using the variable $controlField008-35-37 for printing the value in all places language is printed from 008 instead of selecting from within the full string of $controlField008.
