Commit Message

Added functions to  ElementUtils to access enclosingElements more efficiently.

f.e. add methods to get a list of all parent (==enclosing) elements of an element.
or a method to get the first direct parent of a specific ElementKind.
This helps for example to get the enclosing TypeElement (==class) of a methods parameter.
