Deployment service implementation

- This change includes a service implementation to
  handle changes to the underlying configuration file.
- requirementsflag updated to reflect a use case
  where the user entered both the image and imageTag.
  This scenario should never occur and should raise
  an error.
- The Deployment model was parsed through a yaml to
  JSON parser and then followed up with
  https://mholt.github.io/json-to-go/
- The deployment model is not all inclusive and changes
  will need to be made if it is extended further, but
  at this time, this is nearing 95% of the use cases.
