Change SlidingPanel to use the refs (#116)

* Changes the SlidingPanel component to use the 'this.panel' ref

* Adds removeEventListeners on componentWillUnmount()

* Updates tests and component to do proper removal of eventlistener

* Removes the findDOMNode usage

* Exposes the Global component

* Removes duplicated jest.runAllTimers()

* Changes the onClose() to be triggered when the panel really disappears

* Updates the tests to match latest changes

* Fixes linting issue
