* Adds the new SlidingPanel component

* Adds the component to the indexes (scss and js)

* Adds a primary-dark-rgb color for rgba() usage. Adds the SlidingPanel component's variables

* Fixes behaviour of slidingPanel

* Adds unit tests for the SlidingPanel component

* Adds fix for the background color of the overlay, detected after PR's feedback

* Based on the PR's feedback I've changed the name of the props and methods to match the behaviour

* Adds Global component usage and improves the demo

* Removes the usage of the Global due to impossibility to test it properly
