Commit Message

TrackHelper using exceptions instead of returning null. (#164)

* Builder pattern should not require a null-check by default, use exception where necessary.

* Only throw during `build()` when we know for sure what the arguments are.

* Don't explicitly annotate everything with `@NonNull` assume it unless states otherwise, too spammy, and also wasn't done consistently.

* Optional tracking method that doesn't throw exceptions on invalid arguments.

* Up version to 3.0.0 as the exception throwing behavior changed (semver).
