Eurostag fakenodes (#244)

* multiple fake nodes handling

* set the default LF start mode to WARM; get MaxNumIteration and StartMode attributes from the config (EurostagExportTool)

* replaces half connected dissymmetrical branches with lines (averaging B1/B2 and G1/G2) values

* fixes: fakenodes' voltageleves,  slack node's angle, svc factor, dyssimmetrical branches' div by 2; introduces svcAsFixedInjectionInLF parameter

* adds special parameters section to the exported ech file; sets the minimum line impedance to 0.00005 when start mode is 'warm'

* fixes duplicated export step

* PST resistance workaround

* changes the sign of the fixed injection of SVCs

* fix generators inverted qmin and qmax

* computes bpu2_adjusted, gpu2_adjusted; fixes pfer computation; in createTransformers, creates capacity on one or two nodes (depending on load-flow-default-parameters/specificCompatibility)

* handles specificCompatibility parameter (if set to true, forces svcAsFixedInjectionInLF, WARM start, special parameter section in ech)

* fixes

* uses ToolRunningContext to write to stdout;  replaces InternalErrors with IllegalArgumentExceptions
