Tidy up the generation of postData by the client (#1664)

* Project JSON features in deleteExon() and duplicateTranscript()

* added fix for sequence alteraiton as well I hope

* fixes #1665

* In SequenceTrack.js, use getUniqueTrackName method from AnnotTrack.js

* have getUniqueTrackName() return a proper JSON formatted sequenceList
