- Created Overlay Catalog interface
- Added list of available catalogs (so far only targets)
- Selection of an overlay catalog.
- Overlay color selection.
- Submission of an overlay.
- Field for searching by the name of a catalog.
- List of overlays
--- it is possible to make more than one overlay at the same time.
--- Name of the Overlay with the amount of objects found.
--- Request Status (Loading, OK, Warning when no result)
--- Checkbox to change the visibility of the overlay
--- Button to remove an overlay
--- Tooltips in the list of overlays with information on the number of objects (more information can be added)
--- Overlay can have as labels, points for single objects or Radius for systems.

- For now Query is limited to 100 objects.
- The query still does not consider tile and position.
- Catalog search is not yet implemented.
- Failed to handle error status in overlay request.
