Reuse the sqlite connection in export.

Rearrange the export conduit so that the whole thing runs in a
SqlPersistT created at the start instead of opening a separate sqlite
connection for each query. Also add a variant of BDCS.Files.getGroupId
that takes group ID values from an upstream conduit instead of as an
argument.

Require esqueleto >= 2.5.3, needed in order to use selectSource.
