Add scope support for bindings

The initial implementation only supports 3 scopes:

- BindingScope.TRANSIENT (default): Calculate the value each time
- BindingScope.SINGLETON: Calculate the value once globally and reuse it
- BindingScope.CONTEXT: Calculate the value once per context and reuse it
