Feature: Operator connection (#22)

Commits:
* Adding New chat response from server to save the clients chat ID, fixing operator inbound message
* Adding prop-types package and moving over PropTypes to use that, fixing tests, updating Makefile to run tests before running example server

Features:
* Added new chat:new event listener to save the Chat session in state
* Refactored emitting events to the sockets to use JSON objects with more context
* Upgraded socket.io from 1.7.3 to 2.0.3
* Adding prop-types and importing PropTypes from that package instead of the deprecated PropTypes in react
* Adding test before run in Makefile
