#247 Add field filtering support to all APIs + unit tests

All GLAMkit APIs now support filtering of result fields
using the "djangorestframework-queryfields" DRF extension.

This allows for requests like the following to return
only the `id` and `title` fields in the results:

    http://api.icekit.lvh.me:8000/image/?fields=id,title
