Support for python v 3.5 and 3.6

- Make new DBBuddy binary save files for both py versions
- Change ENSEMBL query to sequential instead of multicore, because
  it's getting a ton of server errors when spamming too many jobs
- Swap a few dicts for OrderedDicts (different py versions were giving
  different results)
- Several other minor changes, mostly unit tests, to get everything
  sorted out
