ui/vcslider: fifth attempt to fix #969

The real issue is caused by feedbacks.
Every time the playback value changes, the first DMXSource trigger sets
the Function intensity, causing a slotPlaybackFunctionIntensityChanged
event, which sends feedbacks.
I've added a sort of grace period where no feedback can be sent, unless
the intensity change really comes from the attached Function with no
intervention on the Slider.
