add currentRoundNumber back

- ExperimentConfiguration.getCurrentRoundNumber and
  RoundConfiguration.getCurrentRoundNumber (which delegates to EC) now
  report the current, sequential integer round number that is being run.
  e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ..., N. It is zero-based but will start at 1
  assuming the first round is a practice round and there is only a
  single practice round.
