args.Parse() not longer returns nil *Options

* Removed args.HelpError and related functions
* Parse() and related methods no longer accept a pointer to an slice
* Added Options.SubCommands() and Options.SetSubCommands()
* Asking for help exits with return code 0 instead of 1
* Made HasHelpFlag() public
* Added Parser.Parent() and Parser.Parents()
