Drop use of SciPy's `morphology` module

As SciPy's docs explicitly show all of these functions are available
from `scipy.ndimage`, there should be no need to specify `morphology` as
well. Further the latter doesn't show up in the docs. So we can't
guarantee that it will be preserved as part of the API.
